01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2.2 One Account Per Player

The Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any related winnings where multiple accounts are identified.

2.3 KYC Verification

All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 03 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9yyy login credentials. The Company will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify the 9yyy support team immediately and change your password without delay. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibition

Sharing access to your 9yyy account with any third party — including family members, friends, or associates — is strictly prohibited. Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested must originate from the registered account holder only. Evidence of account sharing is grounds for immediate account suspension and, at the Company's discretion, confiscation of outstanding balances.

3.3 Account Closure

Prior to closure, any outstanding real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure. 3.4 Company's Right to Suspend

04 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 9yyy is Rs 500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are advised to consult their chosen payment provider for applicable limits.

4.3 Deposit Fees

9yyy does not charge deposit processing fees on any accepted payment method. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges — 9yyy has no control over or responsibility for third-party payment provider fees.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 9yyy are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied within the 9yyy platform. Deposits received and winnings accumulated will be displayed and credited in PKR throughout your account session. Any currency conversion applied by your bank or card issuer prior to the funds reaching 9yyy's payment processor is outside the Company's control.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your 9yyy account are available to players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) deposited and used at least one accepted payment method in accordance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per request.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

9yyy targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests, measured from the point of Company approval (which typically follows within one hour of request submission for KYC-verified accounts):

These timeframes are targets, not contractual guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high withdrawal volume, during system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

9yyy charges zero withdrawal fees on all accepted payment methods. The amount you request is the amount processed to your nominated account, subject to any fees applied independently by your receiving payment provider.

5.4 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method

In order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original deposit method cannot receive funds, the Company may at its discretion approve an alternative verified method after completion of additional documentation review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by 9yyy are subject to: (a) these general Terms and Conditions; and (b) the specific promotional terms applicable to each individual offer, which are published on the 9yyy promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between promotional-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a 9yyy account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Fund amount (not on the bonus plus deposit combined, unless the specific promotion states otherwise). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at reduced rates, and sports bets may apply specific multiplier contributions as detailed in each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

07 Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Game Fairness

08 Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

8.2 Cricket Sportsbook

• Matches abandoned due to weather or other reasons where fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled (as specified per format) will result in bets being voided and stakes returned;
• Super overs are not included in match result markets unless explicitly stated;

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific game or service;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed during technical malfunction;
• Third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to 9yyy in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

By creating a 9yyy account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

14 Dispute Resolution
